The business is
a hub for various luxury goods boutiques. The shops have their own
subsites with distinct identity and with universal WorldsAbove navigation
added on top.
Navigation design presents
a problem here. It has to be compatible with various shop subsites
and to be information intensive. The solution is to present fractured
compact navigation band on top of the site. Shops are allocated
specific area in the navigation. Desaturated blue of navigation
should be compatible with most colors. Unusual layout of homepage
is a notch above regular "top-left navigation" fare. Cold navy colors
of homepage direct attention to warm navigation tabs. The color
scheme is changed for different subsections of the site. W in the
logo is crowned with "worlds". The crown effect is achieved by use
of Geometry font. Design prototype.
